PUBLIC INFORMATION
Public information is open and accessible to everyone, except for information classified as state, commercial, and personal secrecy;
To obtain public information, a person shall submit a written application;
Public information shall be disclosed immediately or, in cases provided for by law, no later than within 10 days;
If public information is available in different formats, citizens shall have the right to choose the format in which they receive it (copy, printed or electronic version), as well as to view the original information.
