Tbilisi City Assembly Staff Awarded Certificates

The Justice Training Center conducted a training course on "Law of Obligations" for employees of the Tbilisi City Assembly (Sakrebulo). During the course, participants reviewed the legislation governing the law of obligations, as well as the latest judicial practice in this field.

The knowledge gained will assist them in effectively assessing and resolving specific legal issues encountered in their daily work.

At the conclusion of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.

The certificate award ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice Giorgi Dgebuadze, Director of the Justice Training Center Gvantsa Varamashvili, First Deputy Chairperson of the Tbilisi City Assembly Beka Davituliani, Chairperson of the Tbilisi City Assembly Audit Commission Kakhaber Labuchidze, Chairperson of the Economic Development, Investment Policy and International Relations Commission of the Tbilisi City Assembly Avtandil Tsintsadze, and Member of the Tbilisi City Assembly Tsotne Chikvinidze.

The training course was organized by the Justice Training Center and delivered by Diana Berekashvili, Doctor of Law, Full Professor, Judge of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals, and Member of the Council of Instructors of the High School of Justice of Georgia.
