Training course titled "Practical Construction Law"
Justice Training Center Delivers Practical Construction Law Course for Representatives of the Tbilisi City Hall Municipal Inspection
The Justice Training Center is conducting a training course titled "Practical Construction Law" for representatives of the Tbilisi City Hall Municipal Inspection.
As part of the course, participants examine key issues of public and private construction law, as well as urban planning law. The curriculum covers the stages of the construction permitting process, the legal aspects of violations of permit conditions, and the components of construction-related administrative offences. Special emphasis is placed on construction regulatory law and the analysis of practical case studies. The knowledge gained will enable participants to apply construction law more effectively in their professional practice.
The primary objective of the training is to strengthen the professional competencies of the participants.
Upon completion of the course, participants will take a final assessment, and those who successfully complete it will be awarded certificates.
The course is delivered by the Justice Training Center at the request of the Municipal Services Development Agency. The training is led by invited experts Paata Turava, Professor at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and Koba Kalichava, Associate Professor at the same faculty.
