Maia Khositashvili was born in Rustavi, in 1986. She graduated Tbilisi State University. In 2008, she earned BA degree in Social Science, specializing in general psychology, and in 2012, she gained her master's degree in labor and organizational psychology. In 2013 she continued her studies at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Ilia State University for a PH degree in psychology.

 

In 2013, she underwent training in the UK – at the London Centre of Management, studying human resources management and career development.

 

In 2013 she was awarded by the US National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) a certificate of a trainer for conducting forensic interviews in Georgia according to structured NICHD Protocol.

 

In 2014 she participated in the project - Social Leadership Forum.

Maia Khositashvili has a 6-year working experience in public organizations. Her activities covered the following areas: project management (Center for Social Sciences (CSS), quality assurance (Tbilisi State University), Human Resource Management (the Ministry of Defense), educational and management development programs (the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice).

 

She has a 7-year experience in managing and running trainings. She is a co-author of a scientific research publication.
